Terms of Use & Privacy

The short version
This is a personal website. I am one person. I do not run a surveillance operation. I do not sell data. I do not use cookies to track you across the internet. If you leave a message in the guestbook, I will read it. If you email me, I will probably reply.
This page exists because the law reasonably requires it, not because I have sinister data plans.

This is a personal website and blog. It is not operated by a company, although some content relates to Beyond Countdown Limited, which has its own terms at beyondcountdown.com.
Terms of use
What this site is: A personal website containing articles, blog posts, a book page, professional information, music, games, and interactive experiments. It is not professional advice, financial guidance, legal counsel, or a substitute for thinking for yourself.
Intellectual property: The writing, original research, and creative content on this site belong to me unless otherwise attributed. You are welcome to quote, reference, and link to anything here with appropriate credit. You may not republish entire articles, repurpose content for commercial use, or train AI models on this content without permission.
The music on MyPlace is my own (published as N.S. Meyer). You may listen freely. You may not download, redistribute, or use it commercially. If you want to use a track for something, ask me.
The tarot readings are not real. I accept no liability for life decisions made on the basis of The 10,000% Accurate Oracle.
External links: This site links to other websites. I do not control those sites and am not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Accuracy: I make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but this is a personal site updated by one person, not a news organisation with a fact-checking department. If something is wrong, tell me and I will fix it.
